SWEAT is the 1st Hybrid Multi-functional Training Facility in the state. It is also the first TRX Host Facility in Arkansas. Our primary training philosophy is a new and enhanced approach to H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) that infuses total body conditioning, functional strength training and several proven exercise concepts. Because it’s multi-functional, it delivers the most efficient, effective workouts and yields the greatest results in the shortest time frame.
Our style of training is centered on interval training, which dates back to the late 1930’s German coach, Waldemar Gerschler. However, we infuse it with Total BodyConditioning and Functional Strength Training. When combined together with our ability to utilize different proven exercise concepts into our training, our athletes become more explosive, more powerful and stronger. They experience significant reductions in fat mass ratio to lean body mass, quicker first step and faster top end speeds, and significant improvements in muscular and strength endurance.
